Ordered 4 $85 candles from Dior.com. After weeks of delay the package came like so much garbage. 2 of the candles not in their original packaging. Everything thrown into a brown box. The polar opposite of luxury. Shame on them. Don’t waste your money. Really really bad service at a luxury price.

The worst customer service received. I tried to purchase mascara from dior.com. Every time I clicked the purchase button, I received a message that the transaction couldn't be completed due to some site issues, and I should try again. I did two more times. Then I gave up and purchased the product from a different vendor. Later found out my card was charged three times by dior. I contacted the customer service to see if they can help to correct the mistake and stop the order but was offered no assistance. To return three orders will cost me $$$. It's not fair. Disappointed.

We received a mascara was ordered as a gift, it was dried out... contacted online and they said they would refund us if we shipped it back but they would not exchange the product and that we are responsible for all shipping cost... we don’t have any problem retuning the product but not to cover the shipping costs or offer replacement is unacceptable.
