I ordered online and was pleased overall. I went to Dior after reading about where their foundation placed this year and because I felt like I could make a smart choice with their swatches. Opening the package when it arrived felt like a celebration, their products are presented very well. I don't think I could be anymore pleased with how natural the foundation looks on me or how long it lasts. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the sample gifts. I spent a fair amount of time choosing my gifts and I remember thinking it was nice that they let us choose what we would prefer But since I only received one of the three things I had chosen it was a waste of time and a bit of a disappointment. It would have been better to expect nothing and the get whatever they gave. If I could I would just take off 1/2 a star. I know I'll be back for more.

The item arrived on time , the packaging is awesome , the smell is very good but for the price and for being a PARFUM, does not last too long

Very nice package and delivery on time, product as promised. Fortunately, the large amount of presentation packaging was re-recyclable.

The lip balm is really great--it looks very natural and last a long time. I received 3 sample items with the order which helped offset the pricey cost.

I used to wear it years ago in Europe and I wanted to purchase it again. However, I wish the smell could last longer like it used to be. Love the smell, it’s a great perfume!!
