Liked the feel of the product but color description on line did not match product received

Great experience, however the reason for 4 stars is that Dior does not process orders made on the weekend, meaning if you place an order on Saturday you might as well wait til Monday because the order will sit until then. Other than that shipping was quick, and item well packaged, will definitely purchase again!

Love Dior ! And I was so happy receive a purchase from Dior . I will definitely will order more from Dior.com ... but here was some little problem ... my first order was cancelled ... I still don’t know why , I spoke with customer service and they say that it’s error or something... however I ordered second time and received my order in a beautiful wrap which I extremely love ! So nice . but one of sample was missing, I don’t know why .., I wrote a few emails but still no answer... anyway I stilllove Dior and Will Order more . Thank you

They can do better if they become flexible in changing the order details after the order has been made. Like soon after the order is made someone wants to change the delivery method or cancel it if it was placed by mistake.

The presentation was out of this world beautiful. The only thing wrong was they ask you to pick your free samples and then they never sent any samples . The product I ordered is awesome
