Dissatisfied
The item was shipped 15 days late because of the current pandemic situation. That’s not acceptable. Also no gift wrapping. Just items randomly thrown in a box. I understand these are hard times, but this is not acceptable.

I ordered a bottle of nail polish on March 31 and after waiting a few weeks with no shipment, I went to the Dior website to view my order. It revealed the product was out of stock. I had not been notified of this nor was there an option to cancel the order which I would have preferred. It supposedly shipping on 4/15 with an expected arrival date of 4/22. It'll be too much trouble to return it. I understand that Coronavirus has negatively affected business so I am not wanting to be critical. I just wish Dior had been transparent about the product being out of stock and given me the option to cancel the order.

I placed my order on 4/1 and still haven’t received it! It is 4/21 today. I called and the girl couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried. I could buy slow shipping time if they were mailing anything that had to do with covid19, but they’re not

When ordering it would’ve been very helpful to indicate that orders may be delayed. I placed my order on 4/2 and with ground shipping expected it to arrive by 4/10. I used your chat feature asking what was going on with the order and asked to cancel as I saw no updates. Was advised it was too far in the “process” whatever that meant as there had been no updates except showing for 2 weeks that it was processing. Received an email 4/15 that my order finally shipped. I would not have ordered if this was going to take 23 days to arrive.

This has been the WORST SERVICE EVER. I paid for 2 day shipping and didnt get my refund and still have not gotten my package. I am so upset.
