It’s always a wonderful buying experience at Dior online . I’m only taking a star off getting the gift message wrong.

I was very pleased with my purchases, but I was disappointed in the included free samples. I had requested the eye serum and a mascara sample. I received the eye serum but instead of the mascara, I received a sample of Joy. One of the items I purchased was Joy so I didn't need a sample of it. I understand if Dior was out of mascara samples at the time, but don't send me a sample of something I purchased. Isn't the whole idea of samples to introduce me to a new product that you would like me to purchase?

Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but other than that I didn't have any problems with my order. I loved the packaging my item was sent in.

5 stars for great products. My problem was from an environmental standpoint. There was far too much packaging.

I bought a foundation and did not expect such elaborate packaging. Although, I'd give that up for quicker shipping time. Hence the -1star. To their credit, they did disclose it, tho.

I wore essence in the 1980's and loved it.People use to stop me and ask me what fragrance was I wearing, the wanted to know where they could purchase some. My daughter recently purchase essence for my birthday but I'm not sure this is the same scent. Would love if you could reassure me that this is the same one. Dorothy G.

Didn’t have item that I ordered. I was contacted by customer service and made aware of this. Items that were in stock were delivered. Items delivered in gift box well packaged with a great presentation. Will be ordering from Dior.com again.
