never received product

I ordered this on 4/3/202, received a notification that it was shipping 4/4/2020. Since then I have received 3 notifications that there has been a delay due to unexpected circumstances. I understand that to an certain extent due to Covid 19, but today is 4/24/2020 and it has not been delivered yet.

Horrible customer service and my order took so long to get a couple of lipsticks and a pencil eyebrow pencil

If you’re unable to operate as scheduled due to the virus, you need to be upfront and honest with clients during the checkout process. It took over a month just to have this shipped from your warehouse, and every time I tried to cancel your customer service stonewalled me with irrelevant messages or insisting it had already shipped. I bought this exact item from Nordstrom a week later and it came in two days. Yours just arrived after five weeks. Really surprised that such a big fashion house is so incompetent.

Took 20+ days to ship and said I was supposed to receive in a gift wrap but I didn’t it was just in a simple box with everything just thrown in. Won’t buy from Dior any more.

waiting for a long time

I placed an on April 3th i got my order on April 21th, Arrived without dior box wrap, Just thow a perfume in the box without any wrap! I cant believe it! The reason I dior from dior.com because of the dior wrap and I also didn’t get receive too! How bad this it? Take almost 3 weeks to ship and come without any wrap just thow everything inside the box! Do you think i still recommends any friend of mind to order from you? We can buy from anywhere else. Thanks DIOR

I particularly ask for items to be gifts wrapped but after patiently waited for 3 weeks for the products to be delivered, the items was not wrapped at all. Its was a important 21st birthday gifts. I’m pretty disappointed in the service.
