My very first two order had been cancled without any email notice!!!! I tried the 3rd time, it worked! The lipstick is very beautiful color!! I am very satisfied about it! When I order from dior offical websit in China, every order comes with a little pouch with Dior Logo on it ! NO pouch in USA? Very sad about it!

Great product, great presentation but I did not receive an email to let me know where my purchase was at.

I am very happy with my purchase, and the shopping experience was great. However, I was a bit disappointed in the samples that were offered. If a customer is spending upwards of $200 on a fragrance from your exclusive line, offering them samples from your mainstream line cheapens the experience. How about offering us a sample from the same line from which we are purchasing?
Customer
The site is the only way I can purchase the fragrance I want as it is not found in the stores any more. Wish they would offer some kind of discount at least once a year

Just a little hiccup at first but it was later explained and solved.

Store was nice and contemporary. Attendant was courteous and knowledgeable about products. When inquiring about the new Womens fragrance I tried a spray and requested a sample size, however instead of offering a sample she looked in the drawer and told me there are 2 sizes for sale. I thought it rude not to offer a sample after I requested one and explained I was flying and couldn’t take it carry on,

The only thing i did not like is that fior does not provide prepaid return label like chanel does. You really have yo be sure of product before ordering especially for me from small town without dior or chanel cosmetics not really convenient

I love my lipstick but I was appalled at the amount of packaging used for such a small order- 2 huge boxes! I would like Dior to reconsider their gift packaging. The days of excess over sustainability are over.
