Dior cosmetics website has changed, you cannot purchase most of the products shown now on line where as before you could buy anything directly from the website. I gives an option to find a store, but the stores don't carry everything on the website. Also, the new instructional videos with the artist speaking and applying makeup to the boy like model are not wonderful...bring back your old female artist and the beautiful models and great music!

Your IPad lipstick color choice application is totally screwed up!! Twice now I have paid 2nd day air to get lipstick to me that ended up being the wrong color. I wanted this lipstick for my 50th birthday party and because I have a broken foot I decided to order it instead of having to get on my crutches, go to Nordstrom etc.. When I. Informed you of the problem and asked for a refund in my shipping I was told I could basically go suck an egg! Won't be shopping Dior.com with that kind of customer service.
