I love the products but the Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette is broken, the darkest color keeps falling out of the space. It's disappointing because I'm afraid i'm going to lose it and wasted money on it.

The delivery was perfect however I ordered two very small items that could fit in your wallet sized box. You sent to me in a small purse box. This is a financial waste to Dior and generates excessive waste to the invironment from all of the extra stuffing. Love the eyeliner. Beautiful color and easy to use. Stays in place. However, I received as a sample, the DIORSHOW MAXIMIZER 3D. I was really excited to try it but the brush tip of the applicator popped off into the tube the first time I tried to use it. I tried to use a cleaned applicator from another mascara but that didn't work so well. Really disappointed because it was a product I was interested in.
