I am very dissatisfied with the product. The color is nothing like I expected, especially for what it costs. I've purchased lipstick from CVS that felt better on and had great color. I would not recommend buying dior lipstick online.

the website gave me alot of difficulty when attempting to place an order. it did not work on google chrome, after multiple attempts. i tried with safari and it worked. the samples with order are a nice feature and perk.

Although I like the product I ordered, getting it to me was very frustrating. I am building a home about 4 hours away from my first home. I have spent all summer at the new home and wanted your product delivered to me here. I don't yet have a residential address here since we are still building, only a p.o. box. I still don't have the product I ordered because Dior wouldn't send it to where I live and I'm not driving 4 hours to pick it up. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but due to the added time needed to redirect it, no such luck. I am very unhappy and not sure I will bother using Dior again.

I love Dior products but honestly, the amount of packaging concerned me. I purchased 2 nail polishes (but ended up only buying one because one shade was out of stock, but I was refunded my money so that's fine). What concerned me was that I bought 1 bottle of nail polish and asked for it to be gift wrapped. The actual final product was a square box about the size of my hand but it came into a box so large, filled with extra tissue paper. I'll be purchasing Dior products in store from now on because the amount of waste paper alarmed me for such a small purchase.

The foundation provides smooth coverage and matches skin color nicely. Wish the eyeshadows were more vibrant. Shipping was timely, and the gift wrapping was nicely presented.

The texture of the cream capture totale is great and it absorbs almost immediately without any oily feel but I couldn't use it because of too much of fragrance , its typical dior scent but I don't want that much of fragrance on my face . I hate synthetic smell and it irritates my skin. If one can tolerate that much of fragrance then its a great serum.

Ordered Extaste Mascara and received the primer instead. When ordering the site was "bouncing" everywhere. When received confirmation, immediately notified was not correct. Didn't hear anything until after the product arrived. At that time they did say I could return but I decided to keep and try it. I do like the product. Will now try to reorder what I originally ordered!

Teresa/Dior customer service was wonderful & helpful. She went out of her way to try & help me (to no avail). Unfortunately, Dior has obviously changed the formula for Diorissimo because, after wearing the fragrance every day for 31 years, it no longer smells the same & it doesn't last as long on the skin. I suspect EU restrictions on muguet. Disappointed.
