i didnt got my gift wrap, i paid for fast shipping and it took a lot of time in being delivered, also when i opened the package some of the boxes inside were open, i would ask for a refund but i bet it will take a month probably, i love the parfume tho i just the service that needs to get better

Customer service was horrible, I didn’t get a tracking number until 19 days later after I called them wanting to cancel.

The items said that they would ship within 7-10 days and it took about 15-20 days without any updates. I called to ask for an update or way to help get this out, and customer service was unhelpful. The box arrived with the items just thrown in the box. Nothing else. No box and tissue, no bubble wrap. Nothing.

The package took more than 2 weeks to ship, the service center wasn't helping me. And I shoos the wrapping gift box because if was a birthday gift, Dior put the item in my recipet but didn't came with the box. It was very disappointed.

The shipping delay was understandable but getting products just thrown in a box when I was expecting a well presented package is not acceptable from this brand. I was notified of the "simplified" shipping after my order was in process. Then my second order arrived without the actual product I ordered.
