This is the second time I purchased a gift with Dior in the last month. The orders arrived in a timely manner, great looking gift boxes and quality of said boxes was amazing. The only problem I have with Dior is when purchasing I never received a tracking number,which is handy when ordering as a gift, nor did I receive a confirmation email. Would like to see this chang upon my next purchase.

While I love my product, the amount of packaging was extremely wasteful. I ordered a lipstick and it come in a box, in another box, in another box, with more tissue paper than I use in a year of gift giving, in a box larger than a shoe box. Very wasteful!

Dior lipstick 999 is the perfect red color for Christmas. Came in a beautiful gift box that can go right under the tree! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the size of the lipstick. When you roll the tube out it is half the size of a regular tube of lipstick but not half the price.

I would have given this 5 star. I recommended to all friends to buy Dior Christmas gifts because of the packaging and the free items. It is quite extraordinary. However, e-commerce portion is not great. No shipping updates received. No order confirmation. Often times I wonder if my order got through okay.

I love Dior and my experience with the products is amazing, all the products are better than expected. However, I hate the website, I always have problems signing in. Please correct that.

This was my first order. It arrived earlier than promised, which was great. I ordered lipstick in an attempt to replace a very old CD color that is no longer being made. The lipstick color was not exactly what I wanted but it’s still a beautiful color. My one suggestion for CD is to fine a way to minimize package waste. I only ordered a tube of lipstick and there was so much packaging! There may be a creative way to balance the opulence of the CD brand with more eco friendly packaging.
