I purchased my order at the beginning of April and the package doesn’t come until the end of April. Yes, I’m fine with that, it’s COVID-19 and everyone is struggling, so the shipping might get delayed. I’n ok with the package being delayed but when it came in my mailbox after 4 weeks. All I saw is only the perfume that I bought and didn’t have any thing that they called “iconic Dior gift package”. I’ve been waiting for it for a long time, I don’t care about the package being shipped this late but I care about the box that it comes with. First time purchasing stuff online from Dior, probably never again.

My order was placed on 4/7/2020 PAID for Two Day Shipping. NOTHING on the website said anything about delays or shutdowns or anything of that nature. On 4/21/20 I received PART of my order, the other part of my order and the most important part of the order still hasn't arrived. But I was still charged for the Two Day Shipping. No apology email, phone call nothing.

My order was placed on 4/5/20 and I did not receive it until 4/24/20 The communication was poor regarding this order..I was not kept informed that my order would take almost 3 weeks to arrive.. Very disappointed in the "Customer Service" especially when I am paying a prime price for the product

Bad service, have not received it yet! It's taking way to long to get here! ordered it two weeks before my wife's birthday !!! Birthday is over now, as of three days ago.

It took 16 days for my order to just get out of the warehouse. I had a birthday present in my order and they did not care. They tried to blame the 21 day wait on the mail but it was just them getting off their you know what to put it in a box and mail it . Come on! Never ordering anything again.

I tired several times to cancel my order. I needed the product and ordered/received with Nordstoms. As of today I still have NOT received my Dior order from you. I'm not a happy customer. Michele

Hard to rate as I have not received it yet. Ordered it in March.

I ordered the air flash foundation, for them to send me a giant 62 dollar empty box with a tiny Perfume sample. Instead of letting me know that the foundation was out of stock I waited 3 weeks for a empty box, didn’t bother to refund the money or anything. Not only that but if it’s out of stock why does the website still have it up saying it’s in stock. This is literally the most ridiculous experience, I’m so mad. They keep saying they didn’t charge me but I can show in my bank account where they did, I don’t want my back I need the foundation.
