I have been very pleased with the order process, speed of delivery, packaging, and extras with my Dior orders. But I am displeased with the communication process after the fact. I contacted customer service twice about an exchange and have received no response.

Should offer expedited shipping when paying over $420, and be more generous with samples. When I buy from your privee line, I don't want samples of ordinary fragrances...nor mascara samples. I'm male and have no interest in products like that. If I went into one of your stores I would be able to get better samples...

Tried to place order online. Site said"not enough stock to fulfill order" but didn't say what was out of stock. Called customer service but no answer-left message. 30" later called again and spoke with rep. She didn't't know what was out of stock either. Said she would check and call back--it took almost 8 hours to hear back. By then I changed my order a few times till it finally went through.

Beautiful packaging but the dior skin forever compact came broken and it was hard to reach customer service to get a replacement so I had to return it. Also got the dior airflash and that one really matched my skin and felt nice on my skin.

I love the products although the size of the product is now smaller and the cost greater than when I bought in the store. I would rather pay less and get it in a plain wrapper than all the froo-froo packaging that I just have to throw away ...the box is nice but has the Dior name on it so not really conducive to reusing.

Two items and free samples were ordered. Package arrived intact with only one item and free samples included. This was an obvious error in packaging however company is insisting on launching a UPS investigation. A separate shipment with the missing item would have been appreciated.

The box for a nail polish bottle and free samples was the size of a shoe box. No joke. The color is pretty, but a little too transparent.
