Dior USReviews of dior-us.com

I was expecting more oomph when I opened my package. My products were loose in the box and packed with big air bubble packs. I was just expecting it to look .... special. No Dior Couture gift wrap. Hoping my bronzer and luminizer come in good shape today in my second package. I understand that tons of people are ordering their products at this moment and that might be why the was no fluff in my box. Regardless... I LOVE DIOR products.

I was very disappointed when I got my order today. My gift for Mother's day has been ruined. I was not ready to got my order rolling inside of the shipping box. When I opened it there was no gift box, no even a simple wrap and enough air cushions to protect products, some cushions were popped up. It seems like who did the packaging did not care about the products at all. As a result perfume boxes were smashed, plastic wrap is unglued. Found some samples only under the inner walls of the box. This was my second order from Dior.com, I was impressed with the first order, but I now I am totally dissatisfied.

Order 1713659 I'm still waiting for my package. I am very dissatisfied because a few days ago i received an email informing me about the shipment. I tracked the UPS number for three days and the package never moved form New Jersey. Next day, the email just disappear from my mail-box. (916)293-6795

So...My order sat in processing for 3 WEEKS, and once it FINALLY shipped it was pushed back another 4 days. Apparently Dior's shipping times are always awful regardless of the pandemic delays. If you're having that much of an issue shipping out orders, then let your customers know and be more transparent about shipping times. "There will be potential delays" is too vague. The foundation shades pictured on the website are way lighter than in person, so I ended up with a shade that's almost 2 levels darker than my skin tone. The concealer came in a plastic tube and feels cheap, but the matching foundation comes in glass which I find kinda weird for a "luxury" brand. Glass feels nicer and is easier to recycle. ALSO, you shipped my items with NO bubblewrap or box buffering of any kind which is SO petty and lazy. It was literally just a huge box with my stuff tossed in it. You really aren't trying to hide how much you don't care about the people who keep you in business. FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT CALLING/E-MAILING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, don't bother...they're rude and not helpful at all. I won't be attempting to return anything seeing as how I know how it will play out. a) They will ignore me or just not help, OR b) It will take 100 years to get a refund if i get one at all. TL;DR: just order from Sephora. LOL.

I bought the capture total cell energy cream then i only try it 2 times but thats cream made my face so inches and breakout so bad so what can i do now☹️ Thats expensive price also

Got my order. Ordered 2 lipsticks and got one tube, shipped in a large box, makes no sense. Was billed for 2 lipsticks. Customer service tells me to take a picture of what I received and send it to an email address I am still waiting to receive. But hey, that charge went through pronto. Done with Dior

I paid for my foundation online when I ordered it. I have not received it. I did get an invoice from Dior which I thought was odd. Please let me know what to do. I really love your make-up. Ginger

I requested my gift to be in a gift box it was not & i didn’t receive my refund for the 2 day shipping i paid for
