The product is great; I was repurchasing, so no issues there. The shipping time, in an Amazon and Zappos era, felt long. But really...the packaging! So extreme. I thought I was getting a pair of shoes instead of two lipsticks. I get that Dior is conveying a luxury purchase experience and superior product, but....too much. Unnecessary and too much to dispose of.

messed up the order first time by not providing the apartment number on it, so it was returned. I have to call them again but they quickly shipped the next one with free overnight delivery. So i have moxed experience with Dior
