After I made my order I was given a delivery date, but it turned out to be far from what was reality. I don't mind having a 3-4 days delivery time, just be upfront about it!

I initially tried 2 times to order but the order was rejected for some reason. However I knew the product so I persisted but only after getting elsewhere a competitors product.

The formula is kind of thick and dry. It took some time to apply and I did not care for the brush. I think it would be better with a curved brush. I was disappointed and would not buy again. My lashes just looked average. Honestly, don't waste your money.

There should be an "eco" option on packaging. I only bought nail polish and it came extravagantly packaged. In this time of increased environmental awareness, it was far too much for such a small purchase.

Received my item on time but my complimentary free gift wasn't included..hoping that this won't happen again on my next purchase.

Perfume is great, but order was missing samples that I have selected during checkout.

A phone call without MESSAGE, held up my order. I understand the need to confirm orders to a separate address. However, phone confirmation failed to identify the caller, as a message wasn't left to detail the issue. No follow up left my order in limbo.
