Dior shorted me 3 mascaras. I ordered 4 and only got 1 and now dior wants to investigate UPS for stealing!!! My package wasnt tampered with and now I have to wait 8 days for an investigation and then probably another 21 days before I get my order again...its crazy!!!!

Horrible experience. Order was cancelled multiple times for no reason and then the shipping took nearly 10 business days when the site never mentioned shipping delays when I ordered. Also, when my friend buys from a boutique in person he gets multiple travel sizes (8 last time) and I just get 1 from buying online and we paid the same amount. I will NEVER buy online again - its just a bad experience and you get get screwed over compared to buying in a boutique.

I expected a delay in shipping however at day 11 after my order was placed I called to inquire when or if it would ship. The customer service agent simply stated “because your order is coming from COVID infested New Jersey we are having issues shipping”. I told her to cancel the order as I’d already found the same item for $10 cheaper at a big department store website. She also stated she wasn’t sure she could properly cancel my order and couldn’t tell me when it would ship. So I hung up and emailed your customer service to please cancel/contact me with ZERO response-still. The next day at 12:04 AM surprise! I received an email that my item had shipped. Hooray except now I have two of the same item and I get to go through the pain and expense of returning one of them. So this experience was a 1 star and I won’t necessarily shop here again as a first choice but as last resort and not hold my breath of stated delivery in 3-5 days.

Very slow with no communication. Placed my order on 4/4 and had a confirmation received on the same day. I eventually had to call after 2 1/2 weeks as had heard nothing and was then told that my order was recurved on 4/8 so was still within the 10 business days.

POOR SERVICE! I understand the plight we’re facing but many other companies are getting packages priority but over 3 weeks to get it and then when I get it the fragrance has a note I may be allergic to and still waiting for a return label ... poor poor service

I did not receive my order because it was sent back due to the “improper apartment number” but my number was correct. I still haven’t been refunded !?
