The delivery time and the product were both excellent. However, I am appalled at the amount of packaging used for a single tube of mascara. A simple padded envelope would have been sufficient. To use two boxes, a cloth pouch and at least ten sheets of tissue was wasteful. I understand that the Dior brand has a certain look that they want to maintain, but they should also be known as a company that has changed with the times and use sustainable, earth-friendly packaging.

Great shipping time and excellent product but the online ordering experience seemed a bit less sophisticated than what I’d expect from Dior. Nevertheless, my order was successfully placed and my wife is well-pleased with her anniversary gift.

I wanted the delivery at my apartment not delivery room because of thieves but I got my stuff anyway because I was home and kept on checking updates

I really love the Hypnotic Poison eau de parfum. However, very upset they do not make the body lotion and shower gel more widely available. This sensual perfume is so superior to J'Adore, yet that one gets all the products and attention. I'd gladly pay top dollar for hypnotic poison body lotion and shower gel, if only Dior would make it available. Let me layer my favorite fragrance, please!
