I still haven't received my product.

The shipment and delivery were okay but when the palette got delivered, the colors were coming off when it’s supposed to be sticking to its spot. Not satisfied with that part.

I was sent the incorrect perfume from the one I ordered. Customer service was very responsive, however, and gave me instructions on exchanging it by mail.

Online order was easy and delivery was fine but not very quick. My problem is with the product itself. Truly not worthy of the premium price. I will not be a return customer.

I had problem paying through credit card for fragrance purchase. It kept giving me checkout error. I wanted to send it as a gift so wanted to pay through card and not paypal. But after a week of trying to do so online and contacting customer service. I gave up and payed through PayPal. Once the customer service told me to purchase fragrance from Sephora or Macy’s if it’s not letting me buy through the Dior website. I told it’s sold out everywhere else. She said someone will get back. Someone did call me but I wasn’t able to take call and called back but again they were busy or had left. So gave up and paid through PayPal.

I first smelled the sauvage eau de toilette at Macy’s, so I went home & ordered the sauvage parfum thinking it will be the same smell, stronger & last longer. It turned out to be totally different smell, it smells like baby powder, and some other weird smell. I will be ordering sauvage eau de toilette from Dior website.

I love the make up, but it’s past time to go green, Dior. My one product was in 3 boxes - the product box, an outer “glam” box and the shipping box, with lots and lots of paper. Take initiative and fulfill your social responsibility.

I ordered Dior signature selection scent and I didn’t care for the scent so I packaged everything up Together with return slip stating reason for return, item number and my name and phone number and drove to ups and sent it on its way. It’s been Over a week and I haven’t heard anything. I’d like my refund
