I ordered my item on Aug 29 and the request for a rating arrived on Sept 7 .... my order has yet to arrive. Something should be done about the length of time it takes to receive an order, it takes an unreasonably long time.

Most brands, certainly luxury brands, do not require the damaged item to be returned. I can do it but it is one more inconvenience for me the customer. Additionally, I was not offered the option to receive a replacement. I will probably buy the item from another retailer.

I recently ordered a few eye shadows off of the website and while they were packaged really well, one of the 5-colour shadows was received broken. I don't know if it's always been this way or if this is a new policy, but I was told that I'd need to pay for the return shipment which even though it went ground, still cost me $10.51. Considering the price of the shadows and the higher end company Dior is, I expected to at least get a postage paid return label....especially since this issue was not my fault but the fault of the shipper. For that reason, I am giving a 2-star revue even though I wanted to give it 1 star at best.

One of the reasons to shop at Dior.com is its detailed packaging. From March to recently, there was no packing at all due to covid. I ordered a few times during this time and my items were all scrambled in a shipping box without enough bubbles or paper cushion. So I waited till they started offering Dior signature packaging. To my disappointment, there are no bows any more. Please bring back all the old Dior touches soon.
