Having used the previous milky cleanser for sensitive skin since the late 70’s, I reluctantly tried the new Life formula. I found it not as creamy as the original formula having been watered down, and heavily scented, which although not unpleasant, is not a good idea for those of us with sensitivity to scent. That said, I am happy to report that it still does a great job of removing all makeup including mascara without irritating the eyes! I use a warm washcloth to remove the melted makeup.

I completed my order for 2 lip tattoos. I didn’t hear back for several days that my order was cancelled because they couldn’t ship to a PO Box. I would fix that within the initial order form. Also the berry color or lip tatto stays on at least 10x longer than the red color. But I will definitely continue to order the berry color. Love it!

Everything was great except I ordered it with a card and the card was not with the package.

I purchased an after shave liquid thinking it was a perfume. Maybe some clear product details would have helped. Also, I had to pay for returns which is a bummer.

There was some samples missing in the order when I got it. When I called customer service the agent took some time to get back to me.

The color is somehow different from the sample I tried on..... a little too 'pink'

No tracking information was shared and it became hard to know when will the pack be delivered .

I always satified and happy with your products and your served , just only 1 time when I bought a perfume you guys already charge the money but you guys didn't send a email for me to confirm the order. But i still love Dior and I'm so excited and glad when now i can buy bags and shoes on online too. Thanks you.
