Love the foundation. It is smooth, goes on easily and blends well. The color Is fabulous. It’s not too heavy but covers the imperfections. The packaging was extraordinary- that must have cost a fortune!

Everything was good except not sending me a confirmation number and also the cost is a little pricey but overall not bad!

I had to contact customer service about my order and the person I spoke to was very helpful and provided me with excellent service!

My only issue is with how slow the website is running. Everything else from product to shipping to service was wonderful.

My 1st order didn't go through and was cancelled for unknown reasons. I called customer service and the lady I talked to was nice. She told me to reorder Ambre Nuit and she would make sure the order was processed and would call me back within 2 hours to verify. She called me back and the order was processed and I received my Ambre Nuit and I love the fragrance.

Love my Hypnotic Posion perfume, but sad that I can no longer get the matching shower gel or lotion. Wish they would bring back the full line! It's nice to get samples of new products, but I doubt I would switch, and if I did switch would the same thing happen? Full line gets pushed out for scent of the year?
