Disappointed in your shipping. Ordered on Wednesday morning and told would be delivered by Friday (was going out of town, needed item for gift). Item not delivered until the next Thursday. Had to go out and find at a store for gift.

I didn't get an email when my order shipped but it arrived after a week

It is hard to reach a representative regarding my order. I had to keep play phone tag with the service team. It was not smooth or easy at all.

I loved the high end packaging, it made me feel like I was really treating myself, which I was, but the product itself left a lot to be desired. I purchased this mascara thinking that it would be worth the extra money given the end result but I did not find this mascara to be any better than any drug store brand. It made my eyelashes look messy and clumpy and not much fuller or longer than any other mascara does.

Although there is both a telephone number and chat option offered for customer service, no one answers. One would think that a business the age, price-point, and history of Dior, would offer exceptional customer care, this is the area in which Dior fails drastically and surprisingly; However, the quality of their products are second to none!

I bought Dior mascara and liked it. My purchase came with free samples one that I picked was a sample Miss Dior perfume...the valve does not work or it is empty so needless to say I'm disappointed...I don't think I will be purchasing online from Dior anytime in the future

I was surprised at the size of new laquer lipstick. I worked in beauty industry before and understand the margins but the qtip looking tube that popped up when I opened the lid was very disappointing. This lipstick was an item I have been excited about and went to mall before ordering online. The decrease in size is extreme.
