My first purchase was Dior Suavage, excellent packaging a box and some extra goodies. This time given the delays.. packaging was terrible. No update email, reason I order direct is to recieve a higher quality of customer service. I could've ordered this on Amazon for cheaper and faster delivery. Bottle came leaking and I'm completely unsatisfied, there's a return paper that comes with it.. but who in their right mind is going to return a cologne thats leaking through the mail. Sorry Dior I'm going to have to use another service for your products in the future.

The absolute worst. I ordered two products that were in stock but because they waited 13 days to process my order, one product was sold out. They threw two small free samples and my lipstick into an enormous brown box and FINALLY shipped to me. I will never use them again. So unprofessional.

Website says it’s free return but it’s NOT.

Package came like they just threw in a box and called it a day. I still received my Chanel and Louis packages with gift boxes. Sorry Dior, but this will be my first and last purchase.

I ordered perfume and it said it was gonna come in a dior gift box and it was just in a empty box which it could’ve broke since is was glass, it was supposed to be a gift..

The lipstick is a gift, and not come in a box :(
