The eyeliner is awful, it is very difficult to use. Everything else is good.

The applicator is extremely flimsy and does not provide the coverage evenly.

Always love Dior products, shipping took too long!

It is such a waste to package a small lipstick with such a big box. I enjoyed the lipstick but felt really bad about the waste and unnecessary "luxury". Would not buy again.

I like the way they packed the gift. The tissue plisse true to Dior's style and grace. However, I did not get a message typed in the note card. It was supposed to say Happy Birthday Mommy. Also, I didn't get samples. Fragrance ROCKED!!!!

Transaction was great. Packaging was beautiful. But the product was terrible. And when I looked into returning it, I realized why there was SO MUCH packaging for a little mascara - because I'd have to pay for shipping in the original box. This makes returns not worth it. So that's disappointing.

The product & shipment were fine but a bit over the top. Can't please everyone🙈The packaging was so excessive it broke my heart to think of the tree that gave its life. You get an A+ for effort but I think you can still do a great job with simpler, environmentally friendly packaging. Good luck!!

I feel like the samples could be a little bigger and more selections other than that the packaging and delivery was great!!!
