When I opened the lipstick I had just ordered, the case fell apart, with the bottom separating and coming off in my hand. Given the price of this lipstick and the Dior name, I would never have expected this. Very disappointing.

i never recieved my order!

I supposed to get my Mother’s Day gift along with my order ,but I never get that promising. Very disappointed.

I ordered a blush and it came in a large box that looked like it was shipped from an individual (etsy or ebay). The product was inside and not wrapped securely in any way nor the special packaging they advertised it would come in. It was extremely odd and does not match the dior brand experience which was disappointing. They can learn from other luxury brands on outside and inside packaging aesthetics (lv, lacoste, longchamp, gucci to name just a few) as that is a large part of the customer’s buying experience.

It said that it would come with a complementary packaging, but didn’t.

This order took soooo long to receive. I totally understand that considering the current state of things, however when you buy a high end item you come to expect all the fancy packaging that comes with it. This order was super underwhelming. So I had a very disappointed teen when she “unboxed” her order...finally. We also didn’t receive the samples we selected :(

It took 10 days to just verify the order, let alone send the package. I love the products. I'll just be buying them elsewhere (I still haven't received my order btw, 3 weeks later)
