I did not receive the brush featured on Amazon. The one with the well in the center. It was expensive and I should have gotten what I paid for.

Although I know I filled in the delivery address correctly in the correct/delivery-address field, the carrier received the billing/purchaser address. It was important that the package arrive in the stated delivery window, so it is disappointing that such a mistake should occur. The lesson is, of course, check the details in the confirmation email, which I did not do. Luckily I noticed the mistake before the package arrived at the wrong address, and the NY Dior rep contacted the carrier to redirect the package. The mistake added five days to the delivery time.

Never got a tracking number

Paid for two day shipping and it took more then two days!! Didnt like that but other then that i love it and it smells great and the packaging was neat and cute!

The Dior product was excellent. However the shipping was disappointing. I ordered the item on a Wednesday and requested the 2 day shipping at an additional cost of $10. Unaware that since it was ordered after 2 PM eastern ( I am on the west coast) it would not ship until Thursday and and it would not be delivered until the following Monday I wasted the additional money on 2 day shipping.

Nice product - way way too much paper packaging for such a small item; really wasteful.

Ordered some lip stuff for my girlfriend, their website was EXTREMELY glitchy on my iPhone. Also took awhile for the package to get in.. other than that pretty good
