My original order was cancelled and I was never notified as to why. After calling to inquire the reason behind the cancelation no one was able to explain. I decided to place my order one more time. This time my order was shipped and once it arrived to Jacksonville Florida my order was returned to sender. Again, not understanding why.... So, I never received any of the two orders I placed. I will never order again directly with Dior.com I will go via a third party as this seems to be an easy way to ensure my order arrives.

Sorry, I plan on returning my purchase because it doesn’t do what it advertises. There’s no pigment of pink on my lip after product was tested. I wasn’t looking for a clear glossy color. This was suppose to add a pop of pink to my lips.

I never received my makeup!

I was at home 24 hrs waiting for this order and it said “fail to deliver”. The order got canceled and I could not get the same thing back. Furthermore, I have not received any refund. Can’t be worse. Thank you.

Only sent one product of Dior show and charged me for 2. Very disappointed.

Aweful customer service. Very unprofessional

This is beautiful in its packaging but the actual product is disappointing. There is no shine or color, as if I am wearing chapstick. Could have a better affect if I spent $2 instead of $34. I would exchange for something with shine or sparkle.
