The service was great however it needs improvement. Firstly, I didn't recieve an order confirmation email or an email when the item was shipped. I had to create an online account in order to track the status of my order.

My purchase came beautifully packaged and is a beautiful eye shadow palette. My only complaint is that the shipping time was very long.

The product finally arrived, but the confirmation and shipping info went straight to my "this is a phishing scam" inbox, and the shipping number didn't work, so I was worried I'd been scammed. Not sure what happened, but I did get the product and it is good quality!
