They were great and answered all of my questions. The only issue I had was I wasn’t really updated on the warehouse maintenance and didn’t know about the shipping delay till I emailed customer service.

The service was as described but I have a couple of notes. I wish I was given a tracking number for the package to know where is it and when will it arrive, especially since your charge on my credit card disappeared. I though that you cancelled the delivery. However it came back a few days later and the package even arrive instead of that. So please give your customers a tracking number for their packages.

Wait for long to get items . Gift wrapped was so perfect. Shipping also fast, order process wait for very long.

Took about 3 days to ship, which I wasn't really crazy about, but they made up for it with the beautiful box it came in! Love the gift wrap as well!

Great customer service. It did take a little longer than expected for my son to receive his order but, overall, I am happy with the experience.

None, nada, not one single addition

There is absolutely no need to send a small bottle of nail polish in such a big box... I get you guys are all about presentation, but this is absurd and out of touch

Everything was great except my free gift. The bottle of Poison came leaking and gooey all over. Half of the bottle had leaked. I ordered through Dior because I wanted to try the other purfumes. Little disappointed. Thank you, Erin
