Extremely Strange and Unpleasant Experience
UPDATE: I was assisted by a customer service staff that shared my story with a manager and they eventually gave me a refund. I have had by far one of the worst online-shopping experiences of my life with Dior. I purchased 4 Rouge Dior Liquid lip stains in one order and-- after receiving and gently testing-- decided that the texture was just not for me. I put everything back in the original gift box, filled out the return form listing numbers and description of all 4 lip stains and made sure everything looked alright before returning, which I paid for by the way. Upon seeing the refund amount, I realized it's much less than I paid. The customer service staff, whom I talked to on the phone, told me that I only returned 3 items, not four: "That's what it says, Ma'am." This is just unreal, to the point that I don't care about the money as much as I care about what a strange claim this is and how I have no way to prove otherwise. I did not keep a copy or picture of the return form I filled out. Besides, I spent half an hour looking into my stuff at home making sure I did not accidentally missed that one mysterious lip stick. It's been so frustrating. Another (in my opinion) unacceptable thing about Dior's service is that they never sent or updated the "orders" section of my account with the refund receipt. I only got a confirmation of my return with the total amount. So when the customer service staff was telling me that one of the lip sticks was missing, I did not even have a reference. Why recommend signing up for an account if Dior's not even going to provide clear order information?
