Dior refused to ship my gift to the recipient, because he doesn't have the same address as my mailing address. They repeatedly called, despite my requests for email contact due to the time difference, and eventually, despite to my assurance that both addresses were correct (and, may I add, the payment had already gone through) cancelled the order since they apparently deem any order with a different billing and mailing address "fraudulent".

I've ordered a gift set for my husband, during the shipment preparation the order has been changed twice! (item X is out of order, we'll remove it from your package, item Y is out of order, we'll remove it from your package)... and at the end I had zero understanding of what I really will receive - as the final change to the order was done few days before I got my package (in fact all package was items X and Y... all other stuff was complimentary, that I did not really need). Finally item X was included ($20 value) and item Y (the main one, $100 value) was not.... the whole gift was messed and no surprise actually happened. Very sad experience, not sure if I will buy from Dior again (at least their web site, going to the closest Macy's will make me much happier with the same outcome). Gifts and complimentary items were nice... but that means nothing if the main item is not included to tha package...

I placed an order for a product online. Next day, a random person who does not sound well trained calls me and tells me I need to give her my addresses in order to validate the order. My shipping and billing addresses were different. I told her I would not give my addresses to a random woman on the phone. I then called the US customer service line. No answer twice. If Dior needed to validate anything, they could have called Amex to do so, or sent me a secure email and enabled me to respond securely. I guess Dior thinks I'm stupid.

When I go into fine dinning, I anticipate my order is made to my taste. Am I too old fashioned to expect the same standard of customer service satisfaction when I decide to splurge something for me from Luxury Brand like Dior. I was astounded by the way I was responded by Dior Customer Service when I made an attempt to request something out of defaulted. I understand what is reasonable range of consumers right. I am not type of person who will be disappointed by my burger meat patty was not grilled medium rare from fast food drive through. Or, Dior is no longer considered as luxury brand.

I received an email with a cancellation that items on the order have gone out of stock prior to shipment or because the order was not approved in the final stage of order verification - was pretty disappointed as I was looking forward to this order

I paid for overnight shipping that I did not receive. I contacted Dior explaining that it did not arrive as promised. It has been almost three weeks with no response from Dior. Their products seem to be somewhat overpriced, and then when you do not receive what you pay for, it leaves a bad smell in my pallet.

I was sent the wrong item and called customer service. The person on the line told me he had record that I was sent what I originally ordered. When I insisted I did not he said just send back the wrong order and re-order what I wanted. I expected more from my first Dior order.

I expected better treatment for a brand of Dior's pricepoint, reputation, and caliber. For instance, email conversations do not address one by name, only "Valued Customer."
