I have difficulty time with my credit card when I ordered online, So I called into the customer service, A lady told me that one of the manager will call me back next day to help me with my order. However I never received any phone calls from the store. Luckily my credit card’s Issue has been solved, Then I can order it online again Myself. However this is not a a present experience with Dior.

An item was left out of my order. I was charged for it. The box label states it should've been in it. The package label said the box should way 3lbs. The UPS email said the box weighed 2.6lbs. Clearly the item was not in the box. I called to clear up the oversight and the operator said they would have to conduct an investigation & that there was no way the item was left out because it is their policy to make sure all ordered items are sent out! Really, you dont say. Dior is so perfect that human error never occurs?! I am dissatisfied. I will probably never receive my item. I will NEVER patronize this company again.

I ordered this for a gift, and the free gifting wrap that says it comes with like it always does dud not it came in a plain box no gift bag or gift box very disappointed. Ofcourse the products is a five star but I’m reviewing the service 😩

I didn’t get my perfume only the sample

Had purchase the item for my mom for Mother’s Day gift and my product did not came in any gift packaging box or wrapping paper. All it came with was a note card and the product in a brown cardboard box. First time purchasing something from here and I guess they ran out of boxes or something ....

Wanted to surprise my sister. Checked out using Paypal and entered all my details in there including the shipping address for my sister. After paying I was forwarded back to the site. In my email confirmation, my name was written on the Shipping information instead of my sister’s! I compared it again with my PayPal confirmation which had the correct information. This was my second time to order so I already knew what to do. I was looking for the estimated shipping delivery date but it wasn’t shown this time. The message box for entering a personal gift message wasn’t shown either. I think this was because of checking out using Paypal. So I called Dior customer service and I asked if they could change the recipient name and add a message. They said they can’t do that. So I asked to cancel my order and I will just reorder just to get all those things right but they said they cannot. I asked when it will arrive and they said May 11th. I was relieved because I wanted to time the shipment to arrive a few days before my sister’s birthday. It arrived way too early and the whole surprise was just bad bad bad. If I was told that the shipment was gonna be early I could’ve ordered another time just to adjust the dates. Terrible experience. Very different from very smooth online transactions with Chanel. I’m upset til now.

Hello I received my dior lip glow in poor condition! It was melted at the top. I have a video for proof. I received it today at around 12-1 pm. This was my first dior purchase and I was looking forward to using this beautiful product.

Sent request for cancel and no response. Few days later send email saying the order is ready to ship. The cancel request was send right after the order was placed.
