I didn't get the free samples I thought I was going to get other wise it was great and arrived fast

The most beautiful, tasteful, luxurious gift packaging ever. Although mostly biodegradable and no plastic thank goodness, the presentation being a visual, tactile feast didn't completely counterbalance my concern about Dior using that much packaging material to showcase a tiny bottle of nail polish. Merci! Viva La France!

The Dior website is beautiful and easy to navigate. The reason for the four star rating is because the perfume I ordered, J'adore Eau de partum, did not resemble a sample I received from a department store. Although pleasant smelling, it's a little too powdery. My order was received impeccably packaged. I'm very pleased for that Dior service. Should the occasion present itself, I would order from their website again.

I really like the mascara but the brush is a pain. The things I want in a mascara is the lengthening without clumps and a brush that allows that to happen. This brush comes out with gobs of product on it... I have to wipe it repeatedly on the edge of the tube and still end up having to clean some off my upper lid. Fix the brush and tube and I will be ecstatic !

I would give 5 stars, if not for the over-packaging. Everything is sent in gift packing, in a beautiful box & lots of tissue paper. It's gorgeous, but I don't need it for myself, and I can't select an option for non-gift wrapping.

Good products, fast shipping and nice packaging

I ordered face and body primer backstage that I can't buy at local Nordstrom here in Minnesota so I went online. No issue during the purchase. When it arrived, I love the packaging. It made me feel like receiving the luxury gift box. Delivery timing should be faster, compare to other luxury brands shopping online. But overall, I am happy!

Everything was the same I wanted it which was perfect
