Service good but product not what I expected nor worth the money I paid.

Ordered in time for Christmas but got it after.

When I made my purchase I picked the complimentary next day shipment and I ended up getting it 3 days later I had to give my item as a gift that same day as it was a family members birthday and I couldn’t give it to them and when I callled I couldn’t understand the customer support representative as it seemed like she couldn’t speak English that well

the website is good, but the customer service is not so good. its hard to find way to contact the customer service, and it took like a week for get a reply. seems a little late. otherwise it's all good. The packing is good so it's the delivery.

My order was canceled after two days with an explanation that they don’t ship to PO boxes. There was no alternative shipping and they didn’t offer to let me change the shipping address — they just canceled the order. This Problem should have easily been identified in the checkout Process

Enjoyed shopping on the website but when the item showed up I was not impressed that it arrived wrapped in a plastic bag. When i opened the plastic bag there was a grey box which was all dented up, probably damaged during the shipping process. I sort of expected more from a luxury fashion house and feel a box should have been used instead of just a plastic bag which is more appropriate for clothing items. This is a Christmas gift so I'm definitely not giving the damaged outer grey box to the receiver which is a shame as it appeared to be part of the presentation since it had the Dior logo on it.

I thought this lip plumper was going to be a WOW factor for me...it was just ok.

I was home all day and no one knocked on the door but then I found a ups note on the door.
