Hello, while I am completely satisfied with the actual product I purchased (1 x eyeliner), I was outraged by the size and amount of packaging that was used to ship an item that is merely the size of a pencil. The eyeliner was packed in a white Dior Gift box (approx. 10" x 4") which itself was packed into a large cardboard box. This small a makeup product would easily fit in a small padded envelope and should not be the object of such waste of packaging. Sorry to say, I will never "mail-order" anything from Dior again as much as I like their products.

My order was not delivered in the 2 days promised by you and paid for by me. My mother did not get her Christmas present on time. Poor customer service.

Dior processed my order for a face cream as a gift for my wife's birthday. They were out of stock on the item but didnt tell me that. Instead, they gift wrapped and shipped only the free-gift and i only found out as she was opening it. They get 2 stars only because the phone guy handling the call was nice about refunding my money.

It was christmas gift for my aunt and the bottle was just squeezed into the box which looked so tacky

While the quality of their product is outstanding, ordering off their website was an unpleasant experience. I placed my order on a Saturday with over night shipping in order to have it arrive at my house before Tuesday when I was scheduled to leave for vacation. I recieved a phone call on Monday at about 10am my time asking to confirm my billing and shipping addresses. Both are the same and my card had already been charged. I ask why I was being called to confirm this information on the day I was supposed to receive my order. I was told that they could not find my address in their shipping system so they had to confirm it. I live on a relatively new street but have received FedEx, UPS, and USPS packages weekly without any issues. My order finally arrived on Wednesday, 2 days the overnight delivery I paid for. I spoke to Doir customer service and was told that it was not their fault my address was not in their shopping system, so there was nothing they would do to compensate me for the missed dilevery timeline. I will not be buying from Dior.com again.

You sent a love note with the products I ordered, this created a problem. You need to be more careful and have more respect with your customer.

Loved the gift box, but it was missing gifts including J adour travel size and MISS DIOR ornaments. Contacted Dior, no response, disappointing!
