I expected my order to be gift rapped since I had clicked on “gift wrap couture” but my items were lose in the box. Had to go out of my way to find a box that fit the item I had ordered.

My package was not wrapped in a Dior box like it says on the website. Super disappointing. My order is instead being thrown into a box. They did not even put a single effort to organize it nicely. I would rather spend my money on Chanel / Louis Vuitton.

I received my package and to my unpleasant surprise I found my purchase open. I would expect the item to be shipped unopened and somewhat wrapped around. Very disappointed.

It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I haven’t receive my order.

Terrible. Birthday gift was not gift wrapped or even in a Dior box! Items thrown in box and the order # was on the envelope. Poor taste

The invoice included 1 couture giftwrap but Everything was packed in just a regular shipping box
