Shipping was quick. I just wish I had received and order confirmation email. I never knew if the order was placed!

I am a huge Dior fan...the quality is beyond top notch..so I wasnt at all surprised at how much I love everything I ordered. My only complaint is the foundation did leak a little,so when I opened the bottle to use it the first time. I had a mess. If it wouldn't of been for that 5 stars all the way!

Very good product, nicely packed . It is very expensive which I understand due quality but if you need to return you have to pay for shipping which is not fair. That is the only reason that I gave 4 stars. I ordered 2 times more after my first purchase but I need to think a lot before doing it as return policy is awful. More samples would be helpful as well.

I would have given 5 🌟 but i never knew when my order shipped and it was a gift that I really needed on time so i was on edge and hysterical because it only said processing even up until the time it arrived on my doorstep

I buy miss dior and j'adore soaps regularly. Initial few days, the soaps smell amazing but the smell fades away after few days and as soap has dissolved to half its size , it becomes flaky.

Shipping is fast, but never notice me my order is shipped.

Everything was good but the website wasn’t as clear to use as other online shopping websites and sent emails from Dior went to spam and unwanted emails box which made me feel like that this is wasn’t a legit Dior website.
