Customer service is awful. My order was returned halfway in transit because of a shipping error. So not only did I lose the Mother’s Day gift but also the Mother’s Day sale prices. All they could say was I would get a refund in 10 days. I don’t want a refund I want what I ordered. I will not shop with them again. I get better Customer service from Chanel.

Do not order on line! I was missing an item from my package. I called customer service to let them know. They said I would receive an ‘investigation’ form which - 5 days later - I still haven’t received. They said it would take weeks to ‘investigate’. The girl was very rude and accusatory. Freaking rip off. Do not trust them! It was a $29 lash plumper that was missing. They lost my business forever. Do not order on line from them!!!

I placed a order on Sunday. Then called in the following day on Monday right at 9am ET to cancel my order due to incorrect shipping method and address. The rep confirmed the cancellation. Later that Monday night, I still received a shipping confirmation. After that, I had to speak with the a customer service representative at least 2 more times to get my refund back. What a hassle! This process made me not want to order from Dior’s site again.
