My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the delay in getting confirmation. Product arrived as promised. A bit too much paper is wasted in packaging. Maybe only add the fancy box, bag, packaging if it is a gift?

Would give 5 stars but I don't understand why every email I received from Dior went straight to my spam inbox. Plus I wasn't able to check the tracking of my order. However, I would definitely order again. It was fast shipping and I love my complementary gifts. I've always been a Dior fan. Thank you!

Dior used to include samples with online orders, but no longer. That is a disappointment.

It would be really helpful in the future if you could send out email when the product you ordered is shipped. I did not get any notification at all until I I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order.

The packaging was amazing! Would have liked an update on the shipping.

Love the products. I’m in my 40 but have been using the line since my early 20’s. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I recall getting great gifts with the purchase anywhere you bought them. Now we just get samples. I don’t think it’s fair since they are so much more expensive than other brands. Also the quality of the skin care containers, lids to the eye make up leave much to be desired. I use them a few times and the break off. ALL OF THEM !!!! The lids to the refillable capture totale creme broke off after the first month.

Love the website. They could do better with communication regarding order - shipping, etc.
