The produce is really great, and I like the fine sample. However, I chose 3 samples, but I only received one rather than three. And, the attitude of the customer service was really BAD. She hung up on the phone even before I finished my talk. No one answered my phone when I tried to call back as well.

I’m always impressed by Dior’s packaging. When I get my orders and open the specially gift wrapped items, it makes me feel special. However, I am highly unsatisfied with their return policy. I don’t understand why I should pay for shipping when returning an item when the item wasn’t what it was described to be?

I love the color of nude and rosewood. When im looking for a lipwear, I always look for a lipstick that will look natural when you put it on and will last me for atleast 5 hrs. This product is able to achieve the natural look that i want and the color is great, it is buildable depends on what you prefer. The downside of this product is that it didn't last long as i expected. For me, it only lasted for almost 2 hours and i didn't even eat or drink anything within that time frame. But i so love the way the colors look on me so Im still wearing it everytime i go out like shopping or hanging out with friends, but will never wear it when going to work just because I dont have time to keep on reapplying it.

I was very happy with the product, and the packaging. However, I ordered with 2 day shipping, and my order wasn’t processed and shipped for 4 days after it’s placement. Ultimately, my package arrived within 2 days after shipment, making the entire process just shy of one full week. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed and wish I hadn’t spend the extra money on shipping fees.

I tried to put the payment through but it got rejected 3 times so i gave up. Next thing i know i get charged and the item comes. The color says its mirror but it goes on like a matte.
