My Dior lotion arrived hot. I called customer service and they said I could send it back, but I have to pay the shipping. I was afraid to use it on my face because it had gotten so hot in shipping, but I didn't want to pay almost $10 to ship it back. I won't order from Dior again.

The Dior website is terrible. you cannot chat w/a representative and when you attempt you email them you continue to get an error message.. then when you call you receive voicemail and have to leave a message.. when you try to check on how to return something it gives no instructions online, just says you can return it within 30 days.. not only that it took forever to get the product I ordered.. I will not be ordering from this website in the future.l

I felt like the mascara was so wet and thick that it made my eye lashes all clump together. And it's hard to remove. It does make my lashes look much larger but I wouldn't buy it again.
