Had trouble ordering over the phone Paid for 2 day shipping got here on 3rd day Had to call for refund hope it comes through

It would be 4 stars for Dior! The Gift is so perfect; however, I am sure I have filled in a small message with this gift, but I opened the box and I did not see the message. This makes me quite disappointed!

Not very much communication between ordering and actually receiving my product but the presentation and professionalism of my product when I got it was worth more than words. Will be ordering again soon and recommending to my friends.

It's a good fragrance

I love Diors, J'adore L'or & Touche de parfum together they are favorites! Recently, I came cross a hidden bottle of Touche, inspired I ran to Dior.com and repurchased this wonderful fragrance. As I had a bottle to keep me complacent yet eager for a full bottle I expedited shipping and waited patiently. I was excited to find after 3 days a perfect dark grey box delivered and the beautiful wrapping inside it. Quickly I dug into my box, with care I began by pulling apart the tissue and lightly sprayed the small gifts of perfume placed inside as I read the thank you card I believe was quite thoughtful. I took out the bottle of Touche and as my heart soared with excitement, it quickly sank as I realized the color of fragrance was much lighter than its predecessors and knew what that implied, someone had tampered with the mix, it would not be the fragrance I once was fond of. This lighter amber fluid splashed back and forth and unlike the smooth medium amber oil it should've held the liquid did not linger on the glass and melt down it just splashed back and forth. Disappointed yet eager I touched the glass tip to my wrist and waited for the aroma to hit, as the smell of alcohol vanished, yes, still lovely, only not as thick. That night I did not wake up reaching nor did I add a few more drops before sinking into pillows full of dreams of glamour and fame! I was not awoken at all. Dior, I still love you, now as it was, it should be. The 5th star I've kept is the one taken from this once perfect product!

Service was excellent but I was disappointed with the color of the lipstick . It looked different to color viewed on The pallet.

They should let us using a phone number that has different area code for check out, it was frustrating to check out Online for me because my cell phone number was different area code with the area code where i live and it won’t let me proceed the next step.

I would give it a 5 star undoubtedly, but I am slightly disappointed that the message I wanted on the card was not written as my purchase was a gift! Hence, a 4 star!
