Fragrance smell was great; but the gift note had someone else name on it and did not say anything to what I asked for. I really wanted the note to be exceptional but it wasn't.

Difficult to change shipping address! Order cancelled two times w/o any explanation. Took over a week to get order placed.

I was shocked by the size of the box and the amount of packaging. I ordered one lipstick and it came in a box the size of a small shoebox, covered in plastic, and full of more plastic and filling. I had expected it would come in a small bag and be less wasteful.

I could order the perfume but had trouble clicking on the free travel samples. It took me three attempts. The website doesn't seem to work on Mac OS 10+. What I requested for free samples did not arrive. I contacted Dior and they said try again next time. This was my next time. I didn't received the correct samples with my last order either. Only one of the small tube spray sample worked. The should go back to the old system of a glass tube with plastic stopper.

I love Dior lipstick, have purchased multiple times over the years. However, I shop online and the insane amount of waste that goes into the pretentious packaging of their products is inexcusable in this day of environmental consciousness. Last week I bought two lipsticks and didn’t mind that the total sale was about $60 - it’s good lipstick that I care about. So why was it necessary to package two tubes of lipstick in a 10” x 10” box with a lid and tissue paper and a felt case and all INSIDE the shipping bag? Keep the same price but get real about your packaging - your demographic actually cares about it, and the younger end of it won’t abide by that kind of wastefulness.
