I love Dior products but have never ordered online. I needed my face make up for a wedding so paid extra for two day delivery. 5 days later I received an email to confirm my address stating my order hadn't been shipped. It took over a week to receive my order even though I paid for two day shipping. I never received my make up in time for the wedding. I will never order from Dior.com again and will continue just purchasing my make from the Dior counter at Nordstrom.

Took forever to ship... not able to track shipment...and 14 days after shipment still have not received my items.

The experience was terrible. But the product is great! I ordered on a Thursday and paid for overnight shipping in order to have the product before leaving on a business trip. It didn't arrive Friday and it didn't arrive Saturday. I left on Sunday, with no product. It didn't arrive Monday. It finally arrived on Tuesday. To look at the box in which it arrived, you would have thought it contained dynamite. It was covered with warnings about the dangerous and toxic nature of the contents. Since I was out of town, my daughter found the delivery and called to ask me what kind of dangerous materials I had ordered. I asked her if the box was perhaps from Dior. It was. I don't understand what happened with this. I don't appreciate paying for overnight shipping and receiving the box in 5 days versus 1. And I can't imagine why UPS targeted the package as dangerous. That said, I have a hard time thinking that this is an exception. Dior, you have an issue that needs to be resolved with your shippers.

The customer service cancelled my orders multiple times, and without giving any reasons in their notification emails. The first time I called customer service, they "unflagged" my cancelled order, and told me everything is fine now and to make a new purchase order. Then it was cancelled again! This went on for at least a week until I finally got my order to not be cancelled.

Great product on your face but the applicator bottles break at the top and you will not be able to take foundation with you. I use dior nude air. I contacted the company, their response shows they do not really care about my issue. Emailed them twice. First was a typical corporate response of thank you we will tell someone. Then the second time it happened (realize these are not cheap purchases) i recieved an email telling me to take it back to the store i bought it...well i bought it from them...direct...online...did they not look at my order...gonna find a new foundation...thanks for nothing dior, there are lots of places to get makeup!

I like the lip gloss that I ordered, though the stain color does not last as long as I hoped. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the forever matte pressed powder foundation. I have oily skin and needed a good product to combat shine. It looks ok going on (though cakes very easily), and then less than an hour later, I'm an oil slick. It's worse than if I was wearing nothing. Worse than if I was wearing illuminizing foundation. I don't know what the issue is, but it's so frustrating. I usually really love Dior products, but this one definitely missed the mark. It shouldn't be marketed as matte.

I was led to believe that Universal Dark Brown was. better than black to naturally blend with my black brow. The pencil color is too red. I wish I bought Blach.

Wasn't very happy with the gift service NOT THE PRODUCT They sent now gift card in the gift. I felt horrible like my sister didn't even like it. There was no samples like I choose. Then the card came five days later in the mail to her like they just forgot to put it in the box. I wouldn't send Dior again. I'm going back to chanel. They don't disappoint. I was embraced and am so mad.
