Love what was purchased the website was a bit challenging.

You were 5 stars great until you flipped my name around. Moon is my last name. Delivery was great and fast. Packaging was discrete and the gift packaging was beautiful.

I experienced numerous problems trying to complete an order on your website. Multiple times, it would not accept my credit card payment, even though in checking with the credit card agencies I had no issues. I called your hotline 3x and had to speak with various agents before someone called me back, accepted my payment over the phone and processed the order. I did appreciate that she waived payment on overnight shipping. In the end, the order was a success, but it should not have taken so many times to get this correct. Especially considering that right now people are nervous to enter stores and showing preference to e-commerce, I highly suggest you look ways to improve the customer service (including your call center). One star off for an eyeshadow being loose in the pan 3rd quint ordered that had a loose shade, so there’s definitely a pattern of defective manufacture in the new quints. Everything else perfect & recipient of the gift put it to immediate use as she isn’t traveling with it so success. Everything else the usual awesome quality & care in packaging.

The shipment was fast. Communication fabulous through the entire online shopping and shipping process. My only disappointment was the colors online look deeper than the actual product. Do not fret; seamless exchange process available for gently used ( once ) and shipping label even included. Went back and ordered same two products darker knowing now. Fabulous texture and wear on lip pencil and lipstick!

I love your eyebrow pencil. It goes on smoothly and is easy to correct if I apply it wrong. It stays on all day and is the perfect color for me. Your shipping department is so fast, I can’t believe it. Thank you. I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 since all the cute packaging seems like a waste, but I understand why you do it. I did recycle all of it. I am a simple girl who doesn’t need all that pampering.
