I love the all package but the fragrance cover came broken.

Too much fancy packaging for too little benefit

I bought the Nuit color after loosing the 754 which I loved. It has been the best nail lacquer I've ever had. But the Nuit is not the same, it started coming off the second day. I wonder if the quality changes depending on the color, or if the quality changed after 4 years, when I bought the 754. Except for that, the delivery was perfect, it arrived 1 week before the estimated date, and if it is a gift, the package is beautiful. I wish though they would use less packaging for a product that small, We all need to do our best to reduce the waste we produce.

I didn’t get my free gift. Called customer service and they said it was too late to get it

Your credit card payment does not work . Had to call as to why it was not working and was told impolitely to try the payment through Pay Pal.

Your packaging is extremely wasteful. 2 medium-size boxes and stuffed with paper for 2 tiny items. I know you want to project luxury and elegance but your products speak for themselves. You need to be a bit more environmentally sensitive.

Did not meet my expectations

I Purchased a mascara and lash primer. Neither one although they are good, is as good as the same product by Chanel. However, I love Dior Dreamskin Fresh And Perfect Cushion.
