For users paying with PayPal, your system pulls in the sender’s name on the recipient’s address. I informed Dior of this within 5 minutes and they said it could not be corrected.

Your system did not pick up my address correctly and I never received my order. It was a birthday gift for my daughter and now I’m left without a gift

I love Dior as a brand and the products offered, but I have had a lot of problems with Dior website when placing my orders. I have to call customer service every time which is very frustrating. Please fix the issues with your website and make it more user friendly.

I wasn’t allow to change the ship to address after the account is setup. I was told if I wanted a new ship to address I needed to create a new account.

I did not receive the 2 samples . For some reason they did not attach to my order. I reached out to Dior.com and was sent a coupon code for my next purchase. I would have preferred receiving the samples I had chosen rather than a code to be used on a future purchase- seems like a bait and switch. Very disappointed . Loved the lipsticks though!
