love the products,I would have liked more tracking info. Every time I checked my order status it said processing.

Looking for thicker lashes. My lashes are long. Expecting more. Still, not bad.

I paid for 2-day expedited shipping. I placed the order on a Friday morning, Monday was a holiday so I was expecting tracking information at least by Tuesday. No tracking information and I had called customer service on Wednesday to get an update. My order didn't arrive until the following Friday. This isn't the kind of service I expect from a top fashion house like this.

The true is that in an hour more or less the pigment of the arround the both lips is loosing an in the center the color get like a golden color. Is the first time I wear it, and I am little disappointement All your products I know are the best, maybe my I am the problem Thanks a lot , if you want a picture, just tell me

The product was great, but it arrived late even though I paid for guaranteed overnight delivery. Paid Sunday to deliver on Tuesday (Not sure how that becomes overnight). The website was not working for tracking and it finally came on Wednesday.

I am enjoying the results of the Prestige Collection from Dior. Was very disappointed in the bottle dispenser or actually lack of one on the bottle of Micro Lotion de Rose. I would have expected for the price that a pump would have been available. please tell me there is one?
